By accessing or using the services provided by Empower Treatment Center ("we," "us," or "our"), including our website, mobile messaging programs (SMS), and patient portals, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
2. SMS/Text Messaging Program (A2P)
By opting into our text messaging program, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from Empower Treatment Center regarding:
- Appointment reminders and confirmations
- Scheduling updates and changes
- Billing notifications and payment links
- Important updates regarding your care or our facility
Opt-In: You can opt-in by providing your mobile number during intake, through our online forms, or by directly requesting text communication.
Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP" to our shortcode/number. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, simply sign up as you did initially.

Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies.
